I originally started working with Lisa in 2016/2017 but after making 4 failed offers in the highly competitive market I decided to wait it out. Lisa was very understanding. Years later in the winter of 2019 my wife and I decided it was time to start looking again. During our search Lisa always had our best interest at heart. She never made us feel like she wanted us to settle or rush our decisions. At every house Lisa would point out red flags, discuss the items on our wish list and even be the first one to say “this isn’t the one for you, we can find you something better”. Then ensured all the right paperwork was in process. When the selling agent sent the wrong resale documents she was right on top of it. Lisa discovered in this process that there was an upcoming special assessment of around 60k the seller was trying to hide from us, she led us through the process of negotiating, walking away from the deal mid contract, and then reinstating the contract once we came to terms with the seller.

When it came to selling our condo in November 2020 to move closer to family in Utah there was no hesitation with using Lisa again. She walked us through the process of getting the house ready for the market, several different selling strategies, pricing, etc. Lisa helped us through the process of getting a back up offer, working with the lender, appraiser, renegotiating with the buyer after the home inspection, underwriting pushing out the closing date etc. There were multiple times that we thought the deal could fall through but always trusted that Lisa would do everything in her power to do what was best for us and not just to receive a paycheck. I would trust her with any real estate transaction that I needed. When we came to Utah we kept saying, “I wish Lisa could be our agent here.”

With escalating offers common on most every property, a knowledgeable agent Lisa is invaluable. We looked at a number of properties, and Lisa sniffed out a few serious liabilities with a few that put them out of the running right away. We made one offer on which we got heavily outbid, but we were well prepared on a quick timetable. (We offered $45k over asking, but it went for $75k over the listing price!) The second offer was successful, and really, this condo is a better fit. It was a good deal with upside, was move-in ready, and had zero liability. The process was very easy with Lisa's guidance. So, from start to finish, Lisa was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She was fully accommodating with my schedule and understood my needs. If you communicate what you're looking for and then listen to what she has to say, Lisa will be a huge help in your search for a new home.
